Getting started
It’s as easy as a phone call or an email away. Get in contact with us and receive a complimentary consultation. we will listen to your project ideas and choose a route to go from there.
Proposals and designs
After one of our team members has conversed with you and we know what route to take, we will either send a proposal by itself or make a unique design to fit your expectations. Designs are available in 2D and 3D renderings. All designs are additional cost to be discussed with client.
Acceptance and execution
After proposal has been accepted a 50% deposited will be required. The date to commence work will be set after deposit has been received. Once work starts we will prioritize your home and complete all work scheduled per discussion, weather permitting. After work has been completed we will ask that you walk with us an ensure that its all up to your expectations. Payment will be done at time of completion.
All changes are subjected to a change order request.
